前言
今天给项目打包时报resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of XXX has elapsed or updates are force，重新clean也没用，我想可能和我引用外部jar包有关系
环境
jdk8，maven3.3.9
解决方法
- 命令行方式
mvn clean install -U
- 修改settings.xml
添加
